MicroSensor MTM
Integrated Temperature Transmitter
MTM is an integrated temperature transmitter with various output forms and easy installation. MTM can measure various media from -200 ℃ to 500 ℃, such as liquids, gases and solid surfaces. The temperature sensing element is linearly corrected through a proprietary temperature module. Supports diversified output of analog signals and digital signals. The product structure is made of all stainless steel and is corrosion-resistant. Customized solutions to meet different temperature measurement needs.

Hygienic Temperature Transmitter

MicroSensor MTM4831
Temperature Transmitter
MTM4831 temperature transmitter is used for the temperature measurement of different applications in the industries of petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, and other industries. It is used to measure the temperature of various liquids, gaseous media, and solid surfaces between -200°C and 500°C. There are standard analog and digital signal outputs signal. The temperature transmitter is zero and span adjustable. The product is easy to install and meets different output signal requirements.
The MTM4831 provides temperature measurement for pipelines, storage tanks, reactors, and other process equipment in harsh environments. It offers the accuracy and reliability of an industrial temperature measurement system component.

MicroSensor WZ
Temperature Transmitter
WZ series Temperature Sensor capable of directly assessing temperatures across a spectrum that spans from -200°C to 500°C, encompassing liquid, steam, gaseous substances, and solid surfaces in the production process. Generally, the temperature sensor is in tandem with display devices, recording equipment, and electronic regulators. The product is small and easy to install. The contacted material with the medium is corrosion-resistant and can be used in complex environments.

Usage Recommendation
- PT100 is recommended for application with long-term temperature range less than 300℃.
- PT1000 can be a suitable option when dealing with a narrow measuring range.
- K-type thermocouple is recommended if the long-term temperature is between 300℃ and 800℃.
- S-type thermocouple is recommended if the long-term temperature exceeds about 1200℃.
